Air-Fryer Steak Recipe: How to Make It

Ingredients:

Boneless top sirloin steak 3/4 lb.

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp butter-softened

1 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp low sodium soy sauce

        This has quickly become my favorite method for preparing steak. As someone who isn’t a professional chef, I truly enjoy using my air fryer for this dish. To start, I preheated the air fryer to 400°F. While it was heating, I massaged the steak with salt and pepper.

        Once the air fryer reached the desired temperature, I placed the steak inside for 5 minutes. After flipping it, I cooked it for another 5 minutes. During the final 5 minutes of cooking, I mixed together butter, parsley, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. When the steak was done, I added small dollops of the garlic butter on top and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.

        The result was a juicy, flavorful steak that exceeded my expectations. This recipe has officially become my go-to for steak, and I can’t wait to make it again!
