        I admit, when I first started this blog, one of my intentions was to learn how to cook. I had no idea what I was getting myself into! My cooking skills were, to put it mildly, very basic--- if not non-existent. However, along the way, I came across a character whose cooking abilities mirrored my own. This character taught me that cooking doesn't have to be complicated: in fact, all you need are three ingredients and an air fryer to create something delicious. This revelation was a game changer for me. With just a few simple components, I discovered how easy it can be to whip up snacks that are not only tasty but also quick to prepare. Embracing this simplicity has made my cooking journey enjoyable and has encouraged me to experiment more in the kitchen. So, if you're like me and starting from scratch, remember that you don't need a long list of ingredients or complicated techniques to make something great. Sometimes, less is more!

        Hunter referred to this snack as her "gooey perfection." It’s an easy and delicious treat that you can whip up in no time. All you need are a bagel, mayonnaise, and shredded mild cheddar cheese. First, take your bagel and split it in half to create a sandwich. Next, generously smother one half with mayonnaise, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Then, pack on the shredded mild cheddar cheese, allowing it to create a gooey layer that melts in your mouth. 

        While you are preparing your bagel(s), set your air fryer to heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once your air fryer and bagel(s) are ready, place them into the air fryer for 3 minutes. That is all it takes to make an amazingly yummy and gooey, guilty pleasure. Enjoy your deliciously crispy, gooey bagels!
