The Crafting Experience:
The book The Blood of Monsters is a captivating romantasy featuring a "why choose" trope. In this story, the main heroine finds herself entangled with four intriguing men-monsters, each representing a distinct love interest. They are Locke with his striking black eyes, Asher whose violet eyes captivate, Darian with his deep blue gaze, and Kade who possesses enchanting amber eyes.
These unique traits inspired me to create a charm bracelet, each charm symbolizing one of the male characters. I opted for natural gemstone chip charms that correspond to each character's eye color, complemented by letter charms featuring the initial of each monster's name. While the process took time, it was enjoyable and straightforward.
The gold letter charms I ordered came with jump rings, which simplified my task. I counted the 41 loops on the chain bracelet and divided that number by the charms I planned to use to determine their placement. I decided on a visually appealing layout, allowing for three rings between the claw clasp and the first charm, as well as three rings between the last charm and the jump ring connecting to the clasp. Additionally, I maintained three rings of space between each charm.
Using flat-nose pliers, I carefully closed the jump rings to attach the charms to the bracelet, resulting in a delightful piece of jewelry. This charm bracelet is a versatile accessory that can enhance any outfit, and the best part? I didn’t have to choose between the four heartthrobs!
